Returns and Exchanges are only available to customers from the lower 48 US states. Any orders from customers outside this area are considered FINAL and not eligible for return.

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and shorts, we cannot accept returns on worn merchandise, nor will we exchange merchandise that has been returned that doesn't meet our criteria.

RETURNS

• Must be initiated  within 14 days of purchase.
• Garments eligible for return must be unworn (no stains, wear and tear, or odors), in original packaging with original tags still attached.
• All items are subject to inspection and may be rejected for refund or return at our discretion if the garment is not in the condition specified above.
• Customer must provide a reason for the return.
• A 10% restocking fee will be incurred on every return.
• Customer is responsible for paying return shipping.
• Customer who order garments in a variety of sizes to evaluate fit are considered FINAL. We do not accept returns on duplicate order items. Refer to the Sizing page for size details before ordering.
• Items purchased at a discount from original pricing due to sales, clearance or using a discount code greater than 15% are not eligible for return and are considered FINAL.
• Refunds will be issued only after we receive your returned items.
• Refunds are provided on the same payment method you used to place the order and may take several days to process.

EXCHANGES
